When you combine meditative art with an affirmation... magic happens.
The ARTH Project aims to provide a healing and transforming experience by combining meditative art and affirmation. Meditative Art is a visual technique for training attention and awareness; putting the mind in a calm and stable state, and exercising the creative muscle. This allows us to access the subconscious mind, in order to reprogram it through a healing affirmation.
ARTH STORY
The ARTH Project was inspired by Kiran Advani who recognized the healing power of different techniques like:

Cognitive mind processes.
She practiced them all at different points of time with different mentors in the field. Over time, she started using them in conjunction with each other. And when used together, she realized the effect was far stronger.
That’s how ARTH came about.
It’s a technique that: helps identify a root issue; converts it into an Affirmation; The ARTH process is action-oriented; inspires new thought; reprograms the mind at the subconscious level; motivates new action on a regular basis; which leads to overcoming a limiting belief; and ultimately leads to the manifestation of the identified Goal… that in a nutshell is ARTH.
And all it takes is 20 minutes a day. Of fun coloring, like a child.
It requires no Art skills.
Just a commitment of 20 minutes a day. To do two simple tasks: Coloring and writing.

HOW DOES IT WORK
1. WHAT IS A BELIEF?
Any thought that is repeated over and over again becomes a belief if we buy into it. It then enters the subconscious mind and becomes a part of our ‘operating system’. Beliefs that don't serve us are 'limiting beliefs' and these are the ones that come in the way of achieving the highest potential.
2. WHAT IS AN UNLIMITING BELIEF?
A belief that serves you, and helps you reach your highest potential is an Unlimiting belief. A limiting belief can be turned into an unlimiting belief by using an Affirmation. If repeated over and over again, it too can enter the subconscious mind and become a new belief that serves you.
3. FINDING YOUR UNIQUE AFFIRMATION
Each person is unique. As is their journey. The process of finding a limiting belief requires a one on one conversation. The objective is to find the root cause or limiting belief. Once it is identified and you both agree on the root issue, the limiting belief is turned into an affirmation that resonates with you.
Together we work to make this Affirmation a part of your new belief system, using ARTH* - a technique to reprogram the mind by accessing the subconscious.
4. HOW TO ENTER THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:
The subconscious mind cannot be accessed consciously. When the mind is in a state of calm, there is an opportunity to enter. Meditative Art is known to create such a state. In this state of flow, the new affirmation gets planted into the subconscious mind to reprogram it through the immersive process of repeatedly writing and colouring the Affirmation.
A reprogrammed mind inspires new action.
As the mind keeps accepting the affirmation to be true, a new belief system is being evolved. The more the mind believes it, the more it operates from that ‘unlimited space’. Now, your new mind starts thinking in new ways, leading to different actions from the past, thus changing the future.
5. LIMITLESS POTENTIAL
In essence, as the affirmation becomes a new 'belief', the outcome is new actions. A new way of operating. A new way of thinking. That leads to more actions that are unlimited. Slowly the old pattern of operating falls away giving rise to a new destiny, that is limitless. Repeated new action, based on the new belief leads to Manifestation of the Affirmation.
